- Teton Park Road closed to vehicles November 1 through April 30. The closure is a seasonal road closure, not a permit — no reservation exists that would let a vehicle through. US Highway 26/89/191 through the park stays open year-round, so the park itself remains reachable in winter.
- Moose-Wilson Road — winter closure plus a restricted 2026 construction window. Outside the 2026 open window the road is affected by construction; separately, it is closed November 1 until mid-May based on conditions. Expect delays of 45 minutes or longer and temporary closures even while open.
- Death Canyon Road and trailhead closed to all use in 2026.

An America the Beautiful pass is accepted here. It covers the entrance fee only. It does not cover a timed-entry permit, a vehicle reservation, a parking tag, a shuttle ticket, or an activity permit.

An America the Beautiful pass covers the entrance fee at both Grand Teton and Yellowstone. The $70 Grand Teton annual pass does not — it is single-park, and a separate Yellowstone fee is due if you continue north. An Annual or America the Beautiful pass waives the $100 per-person non-U.S.-resident fee. From 2026 the servicewide fee-free days apply to U.S. residents only.
