Report a correction

If a line on this site does not match what the park publishes, the park is right. Tell us and we will re-read the source and fix it.

What to include

A correction is quickest to act on when it contains enough for us to verify it without guessing:

  • The park, and the visit date you were checking.
  • What this site said.
  • What the park actually says — ideally the official URL.
  • Whether you saw the difference on the official page or at the park itself.

What happens next

We re-fetch the official page, compare it against the stored rule record and its excerpt, and either update the record or explain why the existing one is right. Every rule carries the date it was last reviewed; a correction resets that date, and the page’s lastmod only moves when the underlying facts change.

Things we cannot help with

  • Booking, changing, or cancelling a reservation. We are not the booking system — use the official link on the park page.
  • Availability. We record what is required, not what is still in stock.
  • Refunds, fee waivers, accessibility accommodations, or pass replacement.
  • Day-to-day road, fire, and weather closures. Those move faster than we can responsibly publish; the park’s official alerts page is the right source.

If you are travelling imminently and something here conflicts with the park’s own page, follow the park. Official alerts and the official booking systems always control.
