Release detail: Entrance passes may be purchased online up to one year in advance, or at an entrance station.
Fee detail: $30 private vehicle, $25 motorcycle, $15 per person on foot or bicycle - each valid seven consecutive days. Shenandoah annual pass $55.
Exceptions and limits
- Children under 16 do not need an entrance pass.
- America the Beautiful and Shenandoah annual passes cover it.
- No fee on the 2026 fee-free days.
- The park is cashless - credit/debit only.
- Entire park, including all of Skyline Drive and boundary trailheads such as Old Rag and Whiteoak Canyon
