Release detail: Paid at the entrance station on arrival, or bought in advance as a digital pass on Recreation.gov. No reservation is involved.
Fee detail: $10 per private vehicle December 1 - April 15, valid 7 consecutive days. Motorcycle $10. Per person on foot or bicycle $10. The summer rates ($30 vehicle / $25 motorcycle / $15 per person) apply April 16 - November 30.
Exceptions and limits
- The winter rate is a flat $10 whether you arrive by private vehicle, motorcycle, or on foot or bicycle.
- An America the Beautiful pass, a Lassen Annual Pass, or a Senior/Access/Military pass covers the winter entrance fee too.
