There is no entrance fee for a pass to cover. Senior and Access passholders do get 50% off the campground fee. The park cannot reliably sell or issue interagency passes because it has no fee staff.

As Congaree National Park does not have an entrance fee, we do not have staff dedicated to selling and issuing America the Beautiful Interagency passes. ... Annual, Military, Senior, or Access passes are available at any national park site that charges an entrance fee.
